Increase the download count or expiry days for an existing order

I have set up osCommerce for a downloads site so all my products are digital media. I have set up the download options for two downloads within two days but there have been occasions where something has gone wrong when the client was downloading the product and they have run out of downloads for their purchased product. I have been through the admin console but I couldn't find anywhere that allowed me to add some more downloads to an existing customer order. Does this exist at all? So far I have had to go into the database and increase the count from there which is a bit time consuming.

You can't do that from the standard install.

 

Your best option would be to set a higher downloads limit to begin with, or find another way to get them the file in the rare case that they run out of downloads etc.
