jrotger
I WANT ANSWERS TO MY QUESTION IF YOUR FORUM ADMINISTRATORS CAN'T ANSWER IT OR NO ONE POSSES THE KNOWLEDGE CAN YOU AT THE VERY LEAST POINT ME TO THOSE THAT AND AND DO. HOW DO YOU INSTALL A PAYPAL BUTTON TO OSCOM. TEMPLATE? I'm new, but I think you have it all wrong. If you install PayPal buttons, the osc store serves no purpose; at the very least, there would be two separate accountings, one for osc, where you'd find incomplete orders, and another at Paypal. If you have the latest RC2 version of osc, install the Paypal payment module which you'll find in administration. This module requieres information from your PayPal account, which you'll also need to setup in order to deliver the required module data. Good luck! BTW, I'm also finding it hard to find information, which when found, is all scattered around and disorganized. I have the feeling that a wiki for osc would be very helpful. Anyone care to start one? Jack_mcs
BTW, I'm also finding it hard to find information, which when found, is all scattered around and disorganized. I have the feeling that a wiki for osc would be very helpful. Anyone care to start one? There are a lot of threads here that provide a lot of information but, as you rightly recognize, they are not easy to find. However, if you go to google and search on site:www.oscommerce.com/forums your search phase there will generally be many posts that answer your question.
