Need Help with Admin

I installed the CCGV trad contribution and everything is working fine now. I have one small issue all you PHP programmers. The issue is this:

 

I can perform all functions fine, however when I go into Admin and try to edit a coupon, the SQL table updates perfectly, but what is displayed on the screen is not what the table reads, what file might I need to reinstall? Where could the problem be?

 

Everything else works great, this seems like such a small issue to have to uninstall this module for and find a new one. Can anyone help? Anyone?

Yes, everything else is working fine.

 

To be more exact, when I click insert to insert a new coupon a default value of 1 is entered in the "coupon per customer" field. I can change it to zero but it still shows as 1 when I go back in to look at it in Admin. It does show updated in SQL table.

 

The same thing happens with the coupon ending date, I can change the ending date in admin and it updates in the SQL table but not in the Admin panel. When I go back in to verify the change it shows one year from creation date always.

 

Only these 2 fields do not update. Any ideas where I should look or what I should reinstall? I have tried everything I know of.
