One Time Use Product

I want to be able to add a unique product to someone's shopping cart from a different site. We have an existing membership/club website. It currently keeps tack of each clubs roster. Each club must pay XX per member. I already have it the logins between the 2 sites transparent.

 

What is the best way to add an product to a clubs account in the store, so when they are redirected to the store, their membership dues will be sitting in their basket. The membership dues are the same for everyone, so I could create a product for membership dues, then I would need to add the appropriate quantity for that product to their shopping cart.
