Errors in Customers -> Orders tab

Hello Oscommerce friends,users & developers

 

I installed a turnkey ebook shop on my website. The script is developed using latest version of Oscommerce. I didnot get any errors after installation. I tried to test the shop by purchasing a product myself. I got some errors after paying for the product. I did not get the download link and also i am getting this error when checking the order status from my admin area.

 

1146 - Table 'online_digistore.orders_products_attributes' doesn't exist

 

select products_options, products_options_values, options_values_price, price_prefix from orders_products_attributes where orders_id = '2' and orders_products_id = '2'

And also after paying for the product thru paypal, i refreshed the page as i dint get to the download page. Due to this i got two orders in my oscommerce admin area, however i dint get paid twice.

 

Please help me overcome this problem in my shop.
