Order Attribute Field Size?

I have the product attribute option type feature installed. It works enough for what I need. I have two text areas. When I look at customer orders on my admin site, it cuts off the text after 30 or so characters. Does anyone know where to extedn this?

 

Also which program is best to export orders to Excel or any other format. I'll need the data for my products and it is much easier to grab it from a spreadsheet.

Look in your database - easiest done with phpmyadmin or similar. I think what you are wanting to adjust is in the product_options table. Try changing the length of the field "product_options_name" to a longer length. Or, it could be another field that needs adjusting.
