Problem Migration 2.2-MS2 installation of osCommerce

Hi,

 

Am new to osCommerce am trying to migrate it from one box to another. I have the site up but when I click on any of the categories it just comes back to the main page. Same thing happens when configuring in admin under mystore.

 

I also get strange text in admin such as

 

HEADING_TITLE above Configuration

 

and the following in the box on the top left if that makes sense.

Once again sorry I don't know too much about osCommerce and really need this site moved maybe its something simple? I don't have contact with the guy who set it up originally anymore :(
