bubbaa Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 Hi Everyone, I have been using OS-Commerce 2.2-MS2 for about a year now and have had no problems. I just got a call from a customer telling me she could see a different customers information when she checked out. She gave me a different customers name and information. It was rather embarrassing. This is the first complaint I've gotten regarding anything like this. My question is how did this happen and how can it be fixed to not happen again? Could it be some sort of database error? If anyone has any information please advise. Thanks!!
