how do you add boxes to your website home page

I want to make the homepage of my website look as close as possible to the design I have created in OsCommerce.

 

I have no problem with the header and footers, but I would like to include some of the boxes that feature in the shopping cart such as categories, latest products and bestsellers.

 

My web structure looks like this :

 

 

The file called index.php is my own file and not an OsCommerce file. This is the one I would like to link to the OsCommerce boxes

 

Is there a contribution for this, or can anyone tell me how to do it.
