jonquil Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 Use the original file and upload to replace your root index.php. :) And please back up to your local drive so when things like this happen, you can take a step back to where you were standing before the error occurred :) jon It's all just ones and zeros....

You have messed around (in error) with a table in index.php. See if my advice fixes both your problems. If it does not, post back here. jon It's all just ones and zeros....
ivan99cro Posted March 27, 2008 Author Posted March 27, 2008 my friend thx for the reply.Because of my small knowlidge of english and oscommerce i messed things up but i reverted them back to original so the site is fixed as it was when i installed it.I would need your help to tell me exactly where and what to do to center the site,to make left and right side boxes in level (aligned) and the line where the date is to be aligned as the rest of the content ! ? What i want to do in the end is to enter a background image to the site but not to be shown in the "box" of the site content if you know what i mean!... So everything including store logo banner boxes and content should be inside this "big box" or bordered i don't know how to say it, and on the outside of all that there will be some background picture, sky or something green i think! Hope that you got a picture of what i want please help!! Ivan www.kupipovoljno.hr
jonquil Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 I do not understand why you reloaded the site. You only needed to reload one file: index.php. You will find answers to your many questions in the documentation that came with your version of osC. You have much reading to do :) jon It's all just ones and zeros....
Guest Posted March 28, 2008 Posted March 28, 2008 Hi, I think I understand your questions. Take a look at the following demo website to see if this is what you are looking for: http://thedemo.cn/ The whole "big box" align in center. And an image background (gradient image in this demo website) not show in the "big box". If yes, you can use the Template Automation System to get the result. It only take a few seconds to complete with the click of a button. P.S. I take less than 2 minutes to customize a brand new osCommerce website to the above demo website. No PHP or stylesheet edit is required. Just click a few buttons. Best regards
