Customer Affiliate Add On?

I'm looking for an add on that will do the following:

 

1) Allow customers to email a sign up link to their friends.

2) If their friends sign up using that link, then they earn XX% on their friends' purchases.

3) The currency they earn is only redeemable at our store, and it will track how much they've earned, and through who, in their account.

 

Do you guys know if there's a module out there that will do this? Am I dreaming?
