Visual Example: http://demo.oscommerce.com/index.php?cPath=2_19 look in includes/languages/english/index.php on line 21 where you see define('HEADING_TITLE', 'Let\'s See What We Have Here'); if you modify that, adding more to the end of the string, it will appear on the page in the place you're looking for. Do you know if there is a way to add a paragraph for each Category? i'm sure there is...but if you want a different paragraph for different categories, you're in for a lot of if..then type code, which may break when you add more categories. if you're not well versed with php you may want to put this one off for a while.
