MLu Posted March 25, 2008 Posted March 25, 2008 I have succesfully installed XAMPP with PHP/MySQL 5 to test and upgrade my production sites from my PHP/MySQL 4 on my WIN-XP Box. Works well in catalog after a few modifications due to MySQL 5 syntax, but I get a Server error 500 when trying to shift to admin. Can this be due to some fundamental PHP/MySQL issues, or where is the culprit? Actually I am a bit surprised how XP seemingly has managed to understand the directory protection on my Linux server. Or can this have anything to do with it?
