I already set up an account with them, and I have put the user name and password in the shipping module in the admin part, it is configured in the testing server, but when it comes to ask the user about the shipping method, the only one available is "Best Way," and the USPS says that en error occurred with the USPS shipping calculations. What can I do?
usernamenone Posted March 25, 2008 Posted March 25, 2008 The last step for USPS is to call then and have them switch your from test to production. Some have to remove their usps module and then install it again but only after contacting usps and having then set you to production.

Hi, I've already called USPS and asked them to switch me to production, but I'm still having the same problem. Now, I didn't understand what you mean with "remove their usps module and install it again", so if you please explain it to me better, I'll be very happy. Thank you. Fabian
