Jump1979man Posted March 24, 2008 Share Posted March 24, 2008 When placing an order on my site going from the Checkout_payment.php page to teh checkout_confirmation.php page everyone gets an error page.....if you then click refresh for the page it then takes you to the correct checkout page without any errors.... I am wondering what might be causing this to happen? I think it could be hurting sales if people think their orders are not being completed and errors are happening. Answering an open ended question about "some error" is not possible without more information. If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
