I have installed oscommerce many times but this was the first using the MultiShop. I have installed and set up the SQL properly yet when I try to access the Admin panel, I get this message:

1146 - Table 'db220654317.configuration_common_stores' doesn't exist

select configuration_key as cfgKey, configuration_value as cfgValue from configuration_common_stores

TEP STOP

Any help would be appreciated. :(

doesn't exist = Means the table is not there. Double check your sql.

Thats what I thought, yet I'm looking at the SQL now and it all seems to be installed correctly. Maybe I picked up a bad version of MultiShop.

Ok, stupid me :-"

On this install, you must first set up the portal. All solved, please close thread and sorry for taking up your time.

I have the same problem. How did you resolve this? I have installed the portal, what configuration do I need to setup before I can install the store?

Thanks for your help.

I have the same problem. I installed the portal first but when I try to install the shop I'm getting the error:

1146 - Table 'UTS_shop.configuration_common_stores' doesn't exist

What is wrong? It seems that the installation script doesn't create the database correctly... I looked in my sql database and this field is missing...

Help plz.
