Guest Posted March 24, 2008 Posted March 24, 2008 (edited) I would really appreciate some help on this matter, i know for sure that it's probaly going to be a very easy fix, or something im doing wrong, but i can not seem to work this one out. This is the error i keep getting with this contirbution when adding a Tracking number to a customer order and clicking Update, The Royal Mail Track & Trace™ ID you have supplied is not valid. Please check and try again. The required format is 2 letters, 9 digits, then GB eg AB123456789GB. Do not use spaces. Ive put no spaces in and used recent Tracking numbers, so i know there valid.
