Shipping module adds a 10th to the calculated weight???

Hi,

 

I looked on this site and could not find an answer to this:

For some reason, when people go to check out under shipping carrier I have two options:

Table Rate ---------------------------------------$4.98

United Parcel Service (UPS GND 1 X 0.88) ---$4.81

 

The problem is that no matter what weight I enter, OSCommerce adds a 10th to the shipping, so if it is .70 in the database, it converts to .77 here, .80 becomes .88 (like above) and 1.00 becomes 1.1. Of course this is very curious to me since I am now charging my clients the next higher fee since everything is entered in whole numbers: 1 lb, 2 lb, 3 lb, etc....

 

Any ideas? I don't want to change 400+ entries.
