Linda Cimapa Posted March 22, 2008 Posted March 22, 2008 Hello All! :D I have had my site for 10 years now my store is totally on the Internet, no brick and mortor. I will try to make this long story short: after building my own first site, from a program - I moved on to a wonderful person who took over for me when I became too busy. She quit the business, I decided to go to a large company and have a new site built. Which I paid a fortune for. They went out of business and I found a new local company that had great ratings to build another site as the other was totally unworkable. They built the site that I now have with OSCommerence. it is incomplete and they took out of town with everyone's money. UGH! >_< I want to learn how to manage my own site, add new moduals, fix my own "bugs" Etc. I have always been active in the admin section of my site, but need to learn how to do more than I am doing. Right now I am renewing my SSL Cert. that has been an interesting process but step by step I am learning more about my site. I cannot stay ignorant any longer and need to learn to take care of things and learn as I go. I know very little about HTML, minor things only. Visit My Website Is there a forum out there that would fit my needs and could be recommended. People that I can talk with to learn how to work on the OC Commerence program that my site is on? I don't want to get in a support group with people that I will frustrate from my lack of knowledge but hope to find one that can be patient as I learn. :'( Hope to hear from someone soon! My email is: Thanks! :D Linda Quote
