Missing image, how to include images dir

Ok, here is the problem, the store (in portuguese from Brazil) is done and works very well, but 1 missing image is annoying me.

When I pick some category in the next page a missing image (broken link) appears.

When I click with the right button on mouse the properties shows me "http://www.peculiodiscos.com.br/lojapeculiodiscos/images/" the is no image name inside images dir.

When I ask to show the page source code it shows:

<td class="pageHeading">Catálogo </td>

<td align="right"><img src="images/" border="0" alt="Catálogo" title=" Catálogo " width="57" height="40"></td>

there is no image name inside the images dir.

The quiestion is, how can I fix that?

How can I include the image name in img src="images/" code.

Can I access from my admin?

Can I eliminate that image?

When you created the categories you neglected to specify an image.

 

Edit each category (not product) and give it an image to use this time.
