Easy Populate 2.76 HTML Descriptions Messed Up

I installed easy_populate 2.76g ms2 this morning. I read the instructions and the configuration inside easy_populate.php as requested in the instructions.

The sample csv downloaded fine and I loaded up my products into it. I have html in my descriptions but nothing to elaborate. The HTML that was in my existing product was in the csv download so I simply copied and pasted it in my other products since I'm only changing the product name in each desccription.

When I uploaded the initial csv everything was thrown out of whack. My weight was in my price field and my images were gone. I figured it was the html messing up the csv so I deleted it out and reloaded. Everything loaded in fine when I did that. Worked like a charm. My question is how do I get my html to bulk load as well?

In the easy_populate.php file it states:

// **** Quote -> Escape character conversion ****

// If you have extensive html in your descriptions and it's getting mangled on upload, turn this off

// set to true = replace quotes with escape characters

// set to false = no quote replacement

define ('EP_REPLACE_QUOTES', false); // default is false

Is this what my problem is? How do I "turn this off" whatever it is I'm turning off? What do I need to edit to get my html to work?

Thanks in advance for your help! If you need more info let me know.
