Unable to see the page with Cookie Option Set to "True"

Hi,

When I set my store to Force Cookie Use to "true" and when I test it, even if I allow cookie, I still see the page showing that my page rejects cookie. I am wondering if any body have this same problem, or show me how to fix this. I know this is very simple solution, but I cannot figure it out. Thanks.

I had this on my pc when running osc under wamp. Is this your situation?

I am running Firefox and IE 7.0, both of them gave me the same cookie reject messages. I already allowed the cookie. It's weird.
