I did find this in the forums tho http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,872 So would this still work... and if so how do I install it... is there updates to it... I guess This is what I would like to happen... 1) When a new customer goes online to my webpage I would like the option to click on the ip address and tell them Welcome and I am here to answer any questions that they may have... 2) give the customers the option to click on Icon/link that will bring up a help window on my end. 3) Live chat room Is all of this easy and do able... Does someone have a new link vers a 2003 one... Thx so much for giving this a looking over for your help. Cupid
