osCsid & logoff.php problems...

Greetings.

 

I have recently began to have problems with one of my OSC sites which is resulting in 404 and SSL errors.

 

Upon someone going to the website it does one of two things:

 

1. It puts an osCsid into the URL dialog box causing the page not to load... the only way to get the page to load is to either refresh OR manually delete the the trailing " ?osCsid=a8e5820b718799fec0902d070cd5d1ff" after index.php

 

or.

 

2. After typing the web address in it "lands" on the logoff.php page and NOT the index page. A subsequent issue about this is that because the logoff page that requires an SSL people are reporting getting certificate errors, but I think this is because they enter "www" when entering the website address and our SSL cert is only for http://.....

 

Has anyone else ran across similar problems or know of any possible solutions?
