Changing Admin Menu Boxes

I have been wanting to re-organize the menu is Columns_left.php, and I have found that one of the popular forks of osC has developed a way to have different menus within menus in the left hand box of the Admin section.

 

I have download the related files and nothing does not seem too different, except they have a tad bit extra code to separate each section.

 

For an example this is how it looks when you click on a category that has more than one Category.
