No order in admin but received payment in paypal

Ok, I understand a lot of people are having or have had this problem. Customers are registering, they order, they pay via paypal and probably are not following through to click back to the store. So I'm getting payments but i don't know what they ordered since OSC isn't logging the order. I'm a newbie, all these contributions are confusing. I need to know exactly how to get the order generated in OSC if the person doesn't click back to go back to the store. I would also love to know how to put the order info in paypal as well - so it's a two part fix. Can anyone please help me and give me explicit instructions? I'm sorry, I'm not a programmer, so it's been difficult to decipher all these different contributions. I'm using the latest OSC. I'm doing this for a friend and am not getting paid, but he's getting frustrated that he's getting payments and has no idea what the person has ordered, so I really need to have invoices (orders) generated in OSC so I can keep track with him.
