Shopping Cart for Digital Media

Hi all,

 

I'm looking for a Shopping Cart / CMS Solution with the following requirements:

 

- Existing customer details (master data) can be imported

- Existing/bought software can be assigned to each customer

- Customer clicks on existing + new software for DOWNLOAD

- DOWNLOAD should be free and optional to be payed

- Download-Link will be sent to customers mail-address (limited by time etc.)

 

Ideally, the whole solution is as plain as possible (reduce to the max), no overhead.

 

Is osCommerce the right solution or is there any better?
