gauravgs Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 Hi all, I want to send an email to the customer after he completes the payment process via credit card. the detailed description of the scenario is as follows: when the user selects credit card as mode of payment, he is directed to the bank's website for Credit Card verification. I want that when the payment transaction is finished successfully, the customer should get an email including the amount, product ordered, and the order ID... please help me in this... thanks.

gauravgs Posted March 20, 2008 Author Posted March 20, 2008 yes OSC does sends the email on order confirmation, but I want that the customer should get the email after payment has been received, including the administrator too.. any ideas are greatly appreciated. thanks
