docpepepr Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 Hi all, I am quite new to using this software. I was wondering if it can be integrated into an already built and populated website? Ie...If I wanted a list of new products to come through to my current websites homepage how would I link it through? Or would it be a case of making oscommerce my homepage? Thanks
Jack_mcs Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 It can be done but is difficult. The preferred way is to make oscommerce the complete shop. But you can also add a link on your current site to the shop and it will function properly. Many shop masters that want to continue using their html site use this method. I suppose I could just use the oscommerce as the main homepage and link his other pages from this one? I have never integrated it before you see, only bolt on. Humm...
