cc and cod not appearing on payment methods.

i have them activated, but they don't appear when i get to payment information checkout_payment.php.

 

anyone know why?

got it figured. i did an upgrade, and activated values were set to '1' instead of 'true'. anyone else who hast this problem, just deactivate and reactivate.
