problem currencies in paypal payment

hi i've this problem:

my shop have two currencies eur and us. eur is the default.

but no mather wath currency i choose when press " confirm order" in checkout after the redirection to paypal i got the nessage:

"This recipient does not accept payments denominated in USD. Please contact the seller and ask him to update his payment receiving preferences to accept this currency."

i changed all the possible fields in paypal configuration and any one works.

somebody could help me pls?

note: i'm using osc 2.2 with PayPal Website Payments Standard.
