bbailey Posted March 18, 2008 Posted March 18, 2008 I am pretty new to the whole osCommerce and php, but doing my best. I was merging documents from a contribution, product attributes - option type feature, so that I could use the type feature for product attributes, and all of a sudden the shopping_cart.php page is no longer loading, at all. i went and uploaded by backup file that had not been changed to take me back where I started, and it will still not load. I don't seem to be having problems with other pages, just the shopping_cart.php. Does any one have any clue what I can do to try and figure out what is wrong and how I can fix it?
germ Posted March 18, 2008 Posted March 18, 2008 Sometimes if you <right-click> and "View source", there will be code to give you a clue where to look - And sometimes not. From your description (that you loaded an unadulterated backup and the problem persists), it's entirely possible the problem lies elsewhere (despite the fact the rest of the shop remains functional - as far as you know). Without a link to "kick the tires", that's about all I can think of. :blush: If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
