Keeping my Catalouge upto date

Hi

 

I run a site that sell printer ink. At the minute I use easypopulate to update my catalouge. I struggle a lot adding new product and keeping up as I am a one man band

 

With printer ink there is about 100 that will do 200 printers for each brand. I have not yet found any easy way identefing what cartridge fits each printer as I like to have in the product description all the printers so the cartridges apear when someone uses the search function.

 

I would have tried paying students ect to update the catalouge but this has not worked as they get it wrong and are not commited.

 

Does anyone know of a company that can help or a better solution to my problem
