[contribution] downloads controller fatal error

Hi

 

I just installed the downloads controller contrib v5.3

 

After some fiddling around (expecially redoing the /config.php file) it seems to work OK but a few things are not right yet

 

Problem #1 - When I look in my Orders page I get - Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tep_hide_session_id() in /home/sites/site76/web/catalog/admin/orders.php on line 379 - what is the cause of this and how do I fix it.

 

Problem #2 - More irritatingly, it appears that the contrib has something else in it:

when i look in Modules/Payments I now have "Enjoy your free template from Geekette Web Design" in there. Not a good sign.

 

Problem #3 - despite setting weight of 0 and attributes for download, etc. the shipping module still assigns a standard Royal Mail shipping charge. It should be zero.

 

This is from the latest version of the contrib.
