Oops, i deleted the "cache" in the MySql database

Hi, I deleted the "cache" in the MySql database, I meant to empty the trash, & did this instead. (arrghh!!) such a stupid mistake. I Know, I Know. so how do I fix it? do i simply insert a new table with the appropriate number of fields? (please how many fields are needed)
