Issues with sign-in page

I have a few customers that can not seem to get past the sign-in page to view products. Even if they sign-in with a valid account they are not able to even look into the shopping cart. Does anyone have a suggestion on what may be wrong that it will not get past this page for them to shop or even see the products. Is there any way to skip to the shopping with out an account?
