The script has an error and Your server setting does not display erors.

 

So You need to chek

// set the level of error reporting

error_reporting(E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE);

in application_top.php

This allows all errors and warnign to be displayed.

If this does not work then try force error thru an ini funstion.
