Meltdown Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 Hi All, I've been testing my site for the last week and now 1 hour before going live all the modules have disappeared from the Admin section, Payment, Shipping and Order total, all I see is a line indicating where they should be on the server. The thing is they're all there I haven't moved anything. Can anyone tell me what's going on or is there a way to 'refresh' the modules section?..maddening stuff! Thanks Regards Melt
satish Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 in admin configre.php Your DIR_FS_CATALOG path is wrong. Go to server info and get either script path or document root Path that will give You an idea as tyo what value should be placed. Meltdown Posted March 17, 2008 Author Posted March 17, 2008 Thanks for the reply satish, unfortunately the problem can't be with the path as it hasn't changed since i set it up. The admin page is just not reading the folder. The admin page says the payment modules should be at: Module Directory: /includes/modules/payment/ ...and I have that on my server and all the other ones, shippiing, order_total etc. Are there any other reasons, corruption etc why the admin area might not be reading the directory? Regards Melt

germ Posted March 18, 2008 Posted March 18, 2008 This thread: Click Me Was only about one module, but I thought I'd toss it in. Doesn't hurt to look. I guess in that thread, it boiled down to some extra "backup files" in the osC modules folders. Maybe this has nothing in common with your problem. If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you. Hi Meltdown If Germ's post does not lead to a solution, can we get a screen shot?
