Upgrading Old Sites to NEW RC2 Format

Hello,

 

I have a couple of OsCommerce sites already done. They took a while to get the right look and functionality working.

Recently, I UPgraded our server and it is using the following:

 

PHP - 5.2.4-1.fc7

MySQL - 5.0.45-6.fc7

 

And now none of the old OsCommerce sites work. (Except the Shipping/Contact/Privacy pages)

Everything else just stays on the same index page although the URL is noticeably different.

 

To test I installed the NEWEST version of OsCommerce and it worked fine. I was even able to manually put all my OLD data into the NEW database table by table and it works just fine.

 

My question is...do I have to re-program the entire thing again?

Is it the database or is the programming that is no longer compatible with the NEW PHP and/or PHP? Or something else?

 

OR is there a patch that I can use to have my OLD site read the data in the NEW format???

 

Any help would be great.

when You download RC2 You will find changelog file.

 

That will help.
