Urgent Help needed - with Payment

Hi,

 

I am creating a payment page for my client. She has no products but she is offering her advise services at a fee.

I need the user to choose which service they want and either put money into her account or pay via credit card.

Thats all I need. Does anyone know how do I go about doing this, also how to you change the wording on the left that says manufacturer and reviews as I would not be needing this.

 

If there's anyone that could help me I would really appreciate it.
