I did a database dump using phpMyAdmin and then a backup using the admin/backup tool and both left the state field empty or Null. The osC version is 060817. Is this a known bug with the database. I wasn't sure if anyone else had a similar issue or with all my contributions and altering my version of osC if something went a muck. Guest Posted April 18, 2008 Posted April 18, 2008 Actually, I am still dealing with it. I have put the job on hold for now and will most likely manually add the state. I am having an issue with the state thing too, but mine is that the customer gets an error that the state has to be selected for this transaction. There is no place on her form for the state to be entered... Where do I fix that? (NEWBIE!!)
