Hi,

I looking to add a section to my cart that is for dealers only. That is I want to have a section that only certain people (dealers) can get to that can see dealer only pricing. Is this possible with oscommerce?

It doesnt have to be user specific , I could use just one user (I think ) just so only those people can see the pricing and purchase if needed.

thx in adv.

This isn't exactly what you want:

Seperate Pricing Per Customer

But it would accomplish what you want - sort of.

I think.

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.

I haven't installed it.

If it had a link to a support thread (most do), I look/post there.

I've installed the Separate Pricing Per Customer on a new show a few weeks ago. I used the manual editing method rather than dropping in new files in and I didn't have any problems with it. I installed in on a new RC2a shop

1054 - Unknown column 'attributes_hide_from_groups' in 'where clause'

select count(*) as total from products_options popt, products_attributes patrib where patrib.products_id='28' and patrib.options_id = popt.products_options_id and popt.language_id = '1' and find_in_set('1', attributes_hide_from_groups) = 0
