Paypal IPN Troubles - Urgent, Please help

After clicking confirm order, customers are taken to paypal which immediately says "This invoice has already been paid. For more information, please contact the merchant." they cannot continue past this and can only return to the site.

 

This happens every single time and just began happening in the past couple weeks. I have no idea what is causing this.

 

One thing i have noticed is that there is no oCsid attached to the end of the url string at all when browsing through the site. I am unsure whether this is the problem but it could be. I don't think anything has changed.

 

Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.
