500 Error - Internal Server Error

Talk about a problem beat to death but too many people seem to fix it and nver come back to say how they did it!

 

Here are my error logs... I'm trying to get into my admin section.... which gives me a 500 - Internal Server Error:

I have deleted the .htacces file from the admin folder and removed passowrd protection from the admin folder. I still get a 500 error when trying to get to my admin/index.php.

 

/admin id chmod to 755 all files in the directory are 644. admin/includes is 755 and all files in that folder are 644.

 

What is going on? Why am I getting a 500 Error?
