sql data transfer from OSC ms2 to osc 2.2 rc2

hey guys i have build a new site on oscommerce v2.2 rc2 . and what i am trying to do now is transfer all the categories, products, images, Customers, orders from my old oscomemrce ms2 site to new rc2 .. Can any one please tell me if i can simly go in phpmyadmin export all this data and upload it in my new rc2 ??

 

is table structure the same? if not then please tell me what steps should i follow..

I'm after the same thing!!! I have had my MS2 shop up for a few years and now need to get onto RC2...... I might just go for it and see what happens locally!
