Guest Posted March 14, 2008 Posted March 14, 2008 I have not logged into my admin area for my store in about a month. I tried to log in the last couple of days several times. It is saying that my user and password are not correct. No one has logged in and made any changes so I can't understand what the problem could be. Please help-NEED TO LOG IN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

The easiest way is to use your hosts cpanel filemanager and replace the .htaccess file for a new one with your user / pass details, or ask your hosting company to do it for you, i wont go into any more details on this because if the above doesn't work , them maybe you dont have permission to enter admin :-"
