Please help me integrating my store with local gateway provider

Hello all, I am used only to integrate with 2CO or PayPal, but recently a friend of mine needs to integrate with a local provider in my country (Venezuela)

 

So, this provider has sent to me couple of instructions, something like this:

 

http://www.xxx/xxx/A_merc.jsp? invoiceNumber=$valor1&totalAmount=$valor2

 

But where should I edit in my store this to point to the gateway?

Hello, thx for your reply, now, I have seen many modules, but is there anything in a module where I can define where the variables should go to a specifi link?
