I use royal mail + zones.php,v 1.20 2003/06/15 19:48:09 thomasamoulton, and i've entered the Eu as zone 2 @ £6.00 everywhere else as zone 3 @£8.00 and left zone 1 blank at £3.50, paypal express picks it up perfectly but google checkout does not.

 

I dont know the exact contrib url but can send you the includes/modules/shipping/zones,php and includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/zones.php files plus the Eu / rest of world codes I use to try, if you pm or mail me on [email protected]
