problem osCommerce Mac to PC

Well, I Installed the e-commerce on my mac, everything works great but when I open the website on a PC I can't see pictures, no color just an ugly text like is in a different path. this is the address http://www.jlanxxi.com

If you do View Source on that page you'll see that the Base HREF is empty:

<base href="">

 

This means that your configure.php files are all wrong.
