Guest Posted December 16, 2002 Posted December 16, 2002 Hi all A proposal which i am more than happy to do is the redesign of the account page. At the moment, a customer goes to the login page, enters there details and sees a rather simple account screen. There they can edit, view there order history, add an address book entry and view your notifications. Our requirement is to make it simpler for the customer. We are working on a way to input alot of detail into the one screen avoiding more steps in the process. This is what we want to achieve 1. Customer logs into there account 2. Customer sees the following page layout: This is split into two pans (left and right) on the same page Left Pane: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Customer's Name: **uses the edit account function** Edit Customer Details (link or button) Customer Password: **uses the edit account function** Edit Customers Password... (link or button) Your Address: **uses the edit account function** Edit Address Details... (link or button) Mr Customer Street Address Suburb/Town State Country Postcode Phone: _____________ Add Address: **uses the address book function** Small description of what this does Button to add address Right Pane: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Your Order History: List the customers last 3 transactions **uses the order history function** Can anyone help out or point me in the right way to do this? Thanks, James [/b]
